The Wall Center has its own state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery facility, River Cities Surgery Center. The center is held to the same high standards found in the surgery unit of a hospital. What does this mean to the patient? Uncompromisingly high standards of care coupled with flexible scheduling in a very private setting.

When you cannot relax in the comfort of your own home after surgery, The Wall Center would like to offer you the next best thing. To accommodate you and make you as comfortable as possible, our out-of-town guests have the option of staying at The Wall Center condominium located in the heart of Shreveport. After you have had a few days to rest and decompress, try your luck at the casinos in Shreveport. Whatever we can do at The Wall Center to make your Louisiana cosmetic surgery experience a better one.
Our Office
The Wall Center: Located conveniently in South Shreveport, at the corner of Fern Avenue and Bert Kouns, just west of Highland Hospital. Our surgical facility, River Cities Plastic Surgery Center, is a AAAASF fully accredited office-based surgery center of Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr., Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr., and Dr. Holly Casey Wall. Our full-service Medispa is right down the hall, offering the latest in skin care, wrinkle-fillers, and laser treatments. In addition to our prescription-strength skin care lines and skin care services, we offer the the treatments and procedures our patients have come to trust, such as: Fraxel Laser Resurfacing, Botox, JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel, Restylane®, Syneron™ ELOS IPL, Syneron Comet laser hair reduction, and the Zimmer Chiller to keep all those laser treatments painless. Our estheticians also offer medical microdermabrasion, permanent cosmetics, chemical peels, lymphatic drainage and facials.
