Mentor® Breast Implants

Mentor Corporation, a division of Johnson & Johnson, is the worldwide leader in breast implant usage. For more than 20 years, Mentor breast implants have been trusted by women for breast augmentation, breast reconstruction and breast revision. Mentor offers FDA-approved saline and Memory Gel™ silicone gel breast implants known for their safety, quality and durability. When you come in for your consultation, either Dr. Simeon Wall Sr., Dr. Holly Casey Wall or Dr. Simeon Wall Jr. will help you make the right implant choice based on your preferences.

All three of The Wall Center's plastic surgeons earned membership into Mentor's LEAD program from its inception. The program honors top U.S. physicians who perform large numbers of breast augmentation procedures and are considered to be shaping the future of breast enhancement. LEAD stands for Leadership, Experience And Development in breast augmentation. The LEAD Council is composed of board certified plastic surgeons who meet on an annual basis to share their wealth of experience and knowledge with Mentor Worldwide LLC. The objective of the meeting is to better understand the needs of you, the consumer, so that Mentor may further enhance its product and educational programs. The Wall Center is one of only about 15 practices in the country to be part of the LEAD program.

Mentor CPG Implants

The Mentor CPG (Contour Profile Gel) implant is currently available only through clinical trials. Anticipated to be FDA approved in 2013, the CPG offers a unique, highly cohesive, form-stable gel and Siltex™ texturing in a spectrum of sizes and in 3 different projections.

Sientra® Breast Implants

The Wall Center has been selected by Sientra to be among the first practices in the United States to offer the new FDA-approved Sientra fifth generation gel breast implants. These implants are filled with a form-stable, high-strength silicone gel that retains its shape and can be twisted, pulled or even cut in half without leaking. This highly durable material is also extremely lifelike in texture and closely resembles the shape, weight and feel of real breast tissue.

Allergan® Breast Implants

We are proud to offer Allergan's Natrelle® line of silicone gel and saline implants at The Wall Center in Louisiana. These breast implants have been used successfully in the United States for more than 25 years and are FDA approved for safety. You can choose from a wide range of sizes, shapes, textures and profiles to create truly individualized results.

The Wall Center is one of a handful of practices in the country that has achieved Black Diamond status from Allergan. This is the highest level in the Allergan Partner Privileges® program and is awarded only to those medical professionals who demonstrate a commitment to innovation, excellence and the highest level of patient care.

 

Allergan 410 Implants

Allergan is conducting clinical trials on its latest design, the 410 implant. This highly cohesive, form-stable, shaped silicone gel implant is anticipated to be FDA approved in 2013. These shaped, or anatomic, implants can be useful in women who have thinner breast tissues and somewhat narrower frames. They are also useful in breast reconstruction and other specific indications.

Adjustable Gel Implants

The Wall Center is one of only 28 practices in the country chosen to participate in an upcoming clinical trial of a groundbreaking new type of breast implant. The adjustable gel breast implant will allow for adjustment of implant size after surgery. Adjustable gel implants are a significant scientific advancement that offers the natural look and feel of silicone with the adjustability of saline. They truly are the best of both worlds.

When they become available, adjustable gel breast implants will offer our patients many benefits, including:

• The look and feel of silicone with the flexibility of saline
• The ability to easily fine-tune breast size after surgery
• A new option for balancing breast asymmetry
• A way to minimize scarring, especially with larger implants
