How It Works

Unlike lasers, IPL uses a broad-spectrum of light that penetrates several layers deep in the skin. It warms the skin using heat to stimulate production of new collagen and connective tissue through the body's natural healing process. Before treatment, we apply a cool gel to the treatment areas to enhance comfort and allow the hand-piece to glide smoothly over the skin. These convenient treatments take about 20 minutes to perform and you can resume your normal activities immediately afterwards.
