From "Plain" to Playmate
As a young teen, Valerie had always hoped to develop a womanly figure with cleavage and naturally full, voluptuous breasts, instead of the small breasts that ran in her family. Her Consultation and Procedure
Right away Valerie felt at ease with Dr. Wall, Jr.'s friendly, unhurried personality. He asked her to describe her goals and took the time to really listen to what she told him. "I wanted to have cleavage, so I told Dr. Wall that I thought I should have the same size implants as my sister," said Valerie. "But Dr. Wall explained that everyone's body is unique and that my sister's size wouldn't look the same on me. To get the same fullness as my sister I would need implants sized specifically for my body." Valerie, at 5' 7" was taller than her sister and had fuller hips. Dr. Wall, Jr. said that she'd need to go with a taller and larger implant for a more proportionate appearance and ample cleavage like her sister. Valerie agreed that an implant sized specifically for her body would be the right choice to give her the full, feminine look she wanted.
The day of surgery Valerie was put under general anesthesia, so she was asleep and comfortable through the whole procedure. For a full, natural breast contour, Dr. Wall placed saline implants under the chest muscles through small incisions hidden in the breast crease. "The scars were so tiny and healed so well, you couldn't even tell I had surgery," Valerie explained. Highly trained and experienced in breast enhancement surgery, Dr. Wall, Jr. had the skill and the aesthetic eye to give Valerie the improvements she had always wanted.
New Confidence and Beauty
Valerie's enhanced breasts brought her all kinds of attention, and she began turning heads wherever she went. "It was a huge confidence builder," Valerie exclaimed. She moved to the Playmate House in Los Angeles for a summer and also appeared on the reality television series The Girls Next Door in seasons 4 and 5.
Living for months with the other girls from Playboy got Valerie thinking about having even larger breasts. Although she had been quite happy with her saline implants for several years, Valerie decided to have them replaced with modern gel implants.
