Redo Surgery/Problem Cases Before & After Case 211

This 33 year old woman suffered with significant breast asymmetry, making it very difficult to buy bras or wear swimsuits.  She had 4 children which she breastfed.  I performed an augmentation with breast lift to improve her symmetry.  In these type of presentations, saline implants are wonderful to get good volume symmetry.  Because they are filled once they are inside of the patient, it is much easier to determine the right volume.  On the right, she has 500 cc and on the left breast 450 ccs.  I removed only 16 grams of breast tissue from the right and 75 grams from the left breast.  Now she is a pretty 36 D and looks amazing in a swimsuit!  This breast lift was performed at our certified surgery center located in Shreveport, Louisiana.
