Live & Virtual Consultations

At The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery and Jade Medispa in Shreveport, Louisiana, we offer both in-person and virtual consultations for local and out-of-area patients.

How It Works

1. Request your in-person or virtual consultation using our online form or by calling (318) 795-0801.
2. Our office will create a secure account for you in our online patient portal so you can complete your Health History and Patient Intake forms.
3. Once your forms are received, a member of our team will contact you to schedule your consultation and, if applicable, collect payment information.

Consultation Fees

Plastic Surgery

The fees for live or virtual plastic surgery consultations are as follows:

• Breast enhancement only: $100
• All other plastic surgery procedures, including breast enhancement with other procedures: $200

The fee is charged 24 hours before your appointment and will be applied to your procedure if you choose to move forward with surgery.

Medispa

We do not charge a fee for any medispa consultation, whether virtual or in-person. Popular virtual consultation treatments include Genius® RF microneedling, BBL®, MOXI® laser, and skincare products.

Virtual Consultations

When you schedule your virtual consultation, you will receive an email with a secure link to connect with our team at the appointed time.

To participate in a virtual appointment, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a built-in camera that supports video conferencing.

Things To Know

• Depending on the procedure you are considering, you may need to disrobe during your consultation.
• Please plan to be in a quiet, well-lit room that ensures your privacy during your virtual consultation.

Timing

• Plastic surgery: Please allow 45 minutes for the typical virtual consultation.
• Medispa: A straightforward medispa consultation takes about 30 minutes. If you want to discuss multiple procedures or get skincare recommendations, consultations can run 45 minutes.
