Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1274

This patient came to The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery for breast augmentation combined with SAFELipo to the axillae. SAFELipo is a liposuction technique that addresses localized fat; here it was applied to the underarm area alongside the implant procedure.

The before photos show breasts with modest volume and visible fullness of soft tissue along the lateral chest wall near the armpits. In the after photos, breast volume is visibly greater across the front, oblique, and lateral views. Upper pole fullness is more pronounced, and projection from the side is noticeably increased. The lateral chest wall shows a reduction in soft tissue fullness in the underarm area compared to the before images.
