Complete Breast Atrophy - Breast Augmentation

This mother states her reason for choosing to have plastic surgery was "Breast feeding took away any breasts I had. I wanted to feel confident and comfortable in my body again after having children." During her consultation she discussed with Dr. Wall Jr. that she wanted to increase her breast size roughly three cup sizes. During Dr. Wall Jr.'s examination of the patient, it was recommended that because of the complete atrophy of her breasts, she would be a perfect candidate for a specialized anatomical implant to achieve the look she wanted.

Anatomical implants are tear drop shaped implants and are used to create a full breast shape without the unnatural buldge and projection that a standard round implant would give to women with very little skin tissue. 

When asked how the patient feels about her results, she reported "Thrilled! I have zero complaints about the whole process, start to finish!" The Post Op pictures were taken 1 year after her surgery.
